The reports that help most, ranked:

• Suspicious readings — “usbmon says 1000Hz steady but the tester shows something else”, “getCoalescedEvents reports fewer samples than my delivered events”. Tell us the browser + version, OS, mouse model, your display’s refresh rate, and which panel produced it. Those five facts turn a mystery into a diagnosis.
• Browser quirks — a pad that won’t capture input, a tab that doesn’t switch, results that render oddly on your screen. A screenshot plus browser/OS covers it.
• Guide corrections — anything wrong or stale in polling rate explained, 1k vs 8kHz, the input lag chain, wireless vs wired, hardware measurement or debounce. Vendor tooling and OS internals move fast — cite what changed and we’ll fix it.
